Inspired by nature and learning Winemaker, Yvonne Seier Christensen graduated from the University of London’s Plumpton College after three years of intensive study, covering all aspects of wine production and related biological sciences. This academic learning informs her intuitive feel for keeping nature in balance in the vineyard.
