Lush and encompassing ripe yellow apples and vanilla, intertwined with a slight touch of licorice. The fresh acidity giving a firm core to which the notes of lightly baked apples sprinkled with nuts and pie crust build wonderfully, and the lively bubbles pirouette.Les Chapelles cuvées are created with grapes from our own Avize vineyard. Available as magnum as well.
